⚠ Taxonomy schema not yet delivered by Justin. This tab is a reserved shell. No editing until the numeric schema is confirmed (see spec §10 open decision).
When ready, this editor will manage the hierarchical taxonomy nodes that drive dish classification and quilt color assignment. Tables taxonomy_nodes and dish_taxonomy are already created in the database (see 011_taxonomy.sql).
